This three-phased TI includes a gymnasium, kitchen, classrooms, cafeteria, computer lab, library, and administrative office covering 45,000 square feet. It included an intensive mechanical and egress scope, and was completed during the summer when school was in recess.

We renovated 4 floors in a 6 story building in the summer of 2007. We turned these floors from office space into a fully functioning teaching institute while keeping the building open and operational for the remaining businesses.

This facility was privately funded for their annual "legends of ranching sale" that benefits the Equine Campus at Colorado State University.
