This project showcased our talent and ability for a facility to continue current operations with ongoing construction, as the facility was fully functional during all three phases.

Faurot is proud of its continuing relationship with Clinica Family Health Services, a non-profit organization. In 2009 we completed People’s Clinic in Boulder, creating a first-rate healthcare facility and parking structure rehab and upgrade.

This project was a fast paced, design build tenant improvement which incorporated finishes, medical gas, and associated vacuum system.

Faurot was called upon by Boulder Community Hospital to provide better access to their therapy pool. The clientele at this facility are rehabilitating from an injury or operation and need assistance getting to and from the pool. This proved especially difficult by having to maintain access during an extensive remodel to the pick-up and drop off area.
