Faurot Construction completed the interior renovation of the Chautauqua Dining Hall. The facility was transformed to meet the demands of a busy modern kitchen while restoring the feel of the original 108-year-old building.

This 1901 building was completely gutted and remodeled saving the existing structure in 2008

This historic restoration project was completed in 2000. The building was in disrepair and needed major structural improvements. With the assistance of historic photos and other documents Faurot Construction returned the building to its previous mission style finishes, and added full bathrooms to all guest rooms along with the structural improvements. The finished product was true to the design period while adding all the modern amenities expected in a modern hotel.
