The Boulder Associates corporate headquarters was a particularly challenging project due to the historical implications of the historic building and LEED requirements. The first phase of the project was completed on time with LEED Gold certification, a second phase on the second floor completed a year later was also LEED Gold certified.

This renovation of 75,000 square feet of existing office space for Gaiam’s corporate headquarters was completed in a 15 week timeframe, including time for design and permits.

NCAR provides research for atmospheric and Earth sciences; completing a tenant finish in this type of building takes special care relating to noise, dust, and clean working environments.
