The renovation / tenant improvement project done for the Littleton Fire Department consisted of a dormitory renovation and a vertical addition to their garage. Other features include a 2nd floor outdoor patio, separating sleeping quarters, and updating fixtures and finishes throughout the building.

Faurot completed a tenant finish of this high-end, private athletic club in 2007. The renovation included massage rooms, showers, locker rooms and weight rooms on the lower floors of a 22 story occupied apartment building in Downtown Denver.

The addition of a new 10,000 square foot studio was completed in 2009 to complement the rest of the Gaiam campus. The addition included a new film production studio, a 100KW photovoltaic system, and a private gym.
