Faurot Construction was established in 1971 as a 3 man residential company.

We have transitioned from high-end residential building to become one of the largest family owned commercial construction companies in Boulder, Colorado. In our early custom home projects we self performed all aspects from excavation and foundations to millwork and interior finishes. This was excellent preparation for commercial construction management of all trades and suppliers. Over the years our projects have been showcased in Better Homes and Gardens, Colorado Homes, Architectural publications and many local media presentations. We have won 2 Boulder Historic Society awards, many AIA awards and an Italian Architectural award for the Houston, TX Gianni Versace Store. We achieved the nation’s first LEED for Commercial Interiors V2.0 Gold Certification. Through solid relationships based on confidence in our quality and value, we maintain more than 90% repeat clients.
