Faurot Construction strongly believes in the effectiveness of a collaborative preconstruction team. With design and construction in the hands of a single entity, there is one point of responsibility and accountability for quality, cost, and schedule. We have found that this approach delivers superior projects in a timely manner, while maintaining original budget estimates. This also creates a pleasant working relationship with a more satisfied client. We provide to our clients an evaluation of all existing building systems that are affected by the project and make recommendations to the design team on how to most effectively proceed.
