Faurot Construction worked for our organization while completing a tenant finish remodel in an occupied building. Working in a scientific environment can be very demanding because of the culture. Faurot was sensitive to this issue. I did not receive a single complaint about noise or dust during the renovation. Faurot communicates well and listens to the customer. Faurot interacted regularly with our maintenance crew and was very attentive to detail. They were available whenever we had questions or needed to clarify information. Faurot managed his crew well, working effectively. The project was completed on time and within the original budget. The changes that were generated were owner requested. PowerSquare Design & Architecture has worked with Faurot Construction on a number of projects. Most recently we collaborated on a project involving the renovation of a school gymnasium while the school was being occupied and used by the students. Faurot Construction was extremely accommodating to the teachers and students and the project was successfully and safely completed on time. Faurot Construction is responsive to issues that come up during construction and is open to creative solutions to solve problems. As an Architect, it is refreshing to work with a General Contractor who does not see the design professional as someone to work around but someone to work with.

I was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism, expertise and customer service that we experienced, and continue to experience with Faurot Construction. Response to questions, concerns or suggestions was always, without exception, positive and solution focused. The follow up on the project continues to be timely, positive and solution focused. They know and understand Clinica projects because of their previous work on other sites--but, they seemed to understand the concept of what it is to serve the population that we serve. It was a privilege to work on the project with Jason and Eric. There were opportunities, dealing with other vendors associated with the project that had the potential to end in misunderstanding--Eric and Jason worked through any issues and the project moved forward, without delay. Faurot Construction was such a large part of building Global Village Academy. They worked closely with us from the programming to construction phases, always exhibiting the highest levels of professionalism, sensitivity to school needs and craftsmanship. By the third phase of our build out, we were able to come in under budget given their willingness to find quality, but cost effective options. Renovation--while often a stressful undertaking, was for GVA, a seamless process, managed with finesse and expertise.. We would recommend Faurot to any charter or traditional school without hesitation.
