Nick Rugg joined the Faurot Construction team in 2018. He has more than 14 years of progressive experience in vertical and horizontal construction, plans development/ACAD, survey, and project management.
In addition to his superintendent, project management, project engineering, and foreman experience, he has been a Construction Engineer Technician in the United States Army / Army Reserves since February 2001.
David Agnello joined the Faurot Construction team in 1995. Throughout his 20 years of construction and field operations experience, his skill and dedication quickly propelled him through the ranks of Faurot Construction, from carpenter, superintendent, safety coordinator to executive superintendent. Dave has managed a wide range of projects including office renovations, multi-phase educational, retail, breweries, and ground up construction, including two LEED Gold certified projects. This wide range of experiences gives him a clear understanding of the Contractor/Sub-Contractor/Client relationship. His skill set is valuable when unseen complications or conflicts threaten job safety, schedule, budget or quality.
Tucker McGinnis is one of Faurot Construction’s top superintendents. He has been praised by owners and subcontractors for his construction skills, understanding, and work ethic. He is respected by his fellow employees and co-workers. Tucker has a terrific understanding of the large scope when it comes to scheduling, cost impacts, and construction possibilities. He is flexible, kind, and a team player.
Tucker has a wide range of experience that has enabled him to become fluent in Spanish and develop wonderful negotiation skills. Tucker’ s dedication to his current projects makes him an effective and responsive superintendent.
Peter Clark is a hard working, integrity-driven construction professional with a great love for the industry. He is familiar with all aspects of the business, and he still loves to gain knowledge about products and techniques new to the industry. Recognized as a team player and critical thinker, Peter shows a strong logic in brainstorming and problem solving, having the ability to perform calmly under pressure. He is honest and dependable, and he always strives to improve processes.
Peter is particularly valuable in bidding and managing competitive and negotiated general contracting projects as well as trade-specific construction.
Joe McNeil joined the Faurot Construction team in 2018 bringing six years of construction experience with him. He has the skills needed to manage multiple estimates at one time with projects ranging from $10k to $67MM. His attention to detail and extensive preconstruction knowledge makes him a great asset to our team. Joe has experience working over a range of market sector from healthcare, community, commercial, retail, tenant improvements and residential /multi-family projects. He works with clients and architects throughout various states of the preconstruction life cycle from conceptual drawings, design drawing and construction documents to ensure the client has a full understanding of their project costs and expectations.
